Shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders up to €49.99, shipping costs are €5.49.

We process your order within one day and ship it as quickly as possible. You will receive your package via DHL within 2-4 working days.

You will receive your package within 1-2 working days via DHL Express for a fee of €15. You can select Express as preferred shipping method during the ordering process. Standard shipping takes 2-4 working days.

In our ordering process, we currently only ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you would like to have your order delivered to another European country, please contact us by email. We can make everything possible.

We do not currently offer the option of delivering to packing stations during the ordering process. If you contact us by email after ordering, we can still make this possible for you.

As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive an email with a real-time tracking URL from DHL, which you can use to track where your package is at any time.

If you don't like the items you ordered, you can return them to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. All you need to do is send us an informal email with your order number and information about which items you want to return. We will then send you the return label to print at the nearest DHL branch. Our boxes are also suitable for returns. As soon as we have received the items, we will refund you the amount.
